Warm 200-250ml of water or plant-based milk (like oat, almond, or coconut). DO NOT boil it, as high heat can destroy some of the beneficial compounds - 40°C to 45°C is just about perfect :)
Use 20-40g of ceremonial cacao (adjust based on your preference).
Use a hand whisk, blender, or traditional molinillo to mix until smooth and creamy.
If stirring manually, be patient and infuse your movement with intention.
