Günther is a visionary Earth magician, permaculture expert, and co-founder of Almarte. Originally from Austria, he spent years working as a food inspector before choosing a different path—one rooted in regeneration, sustainability, and hands-on transformation. Over 15 years ago, he relocated to the Dominican Republic and began restoring a piece of degraded cattle pasture. What has emerged since is nothing short of remarkable: a thriving, biodiverse food forest and one of the most respected permaculture farms in the Caribbean.

Under his care, more than 100,000 trees have been planted, including 60,000 cacao trees representing a diverse mix of 13 different varieties and hybrids. His farm is not only a source of exceptional ceremonial cacao, but also a living example of what is possible when nature is given space to thrive.

In addition to his work with cacao, Günther is also known as one of the top artisan cigar producers in the Dominican Republic, managing both a small-scale organic tobacco farm and a high-quality cigar factory—each reflecting his deep commitment to craft, patience, and excellence.

At Almarte, Günther brings a wealth of practical knowledge, especially in permaculture, land regeneration, and food systems. He is the engine behind our farm and our vision of sustainability. Sascha is an entrepreneur, community builder, and tantra facilitator originally from Germany. His work centers on creating structures, tools, and shared frameworks that allow communities and teams to grow in a stable, ethical, and collaborative way.

Having lived and worked across Germany, Poland, Portugal, Argentina, Colombia, and the Dominican Republic, Sascha brings a deeply relational and cross-cultural perspective. His path combines entrepreneurial clarity with a strong focus on human connection, cooperation, and long-term relationship building.

With over 15 years of experience in e-commerce and international retail partnerships, Sascha has built and scaled multiple startups and completed a successful exit from e-commerce and retail ventures, bringing practical experience in governance, operations, and sustainable growth.

Over the past years, he has spent extensive time in ecovillages and intentional communities such as Tamera, Pachamama, and Ängsbacka, exploring how social, cultural, and economic systems can evolve in alignment with nature.

At Almarte, Sascha focuses on vision, strategy, and community-based structures, helping bring people together under a shared vision and shaping a living ecosystem where regeneration, community, and culture grow together. Grounded in family life with his partner Agustina and his young daughter, his work is guided by responsibility, care, and long-term collective thinking.

Agustina is a tantric facilitator, spiritual guide, Influencer and creative communicator from Argentina, known for her influential digital presence and her devotion to a deeply spiritual, heart-led path. Her work weaves tantra, meditation, somatic awareness, and emotional embodiment to help others reconnect with their inner light and live with greater authenticity and softness.

Following a devotional spiritual path, Agustina creates experiences that unite body, soul, and consciousness. After years of study and training in India, she offers a fresh, free, and deeply human perspective on awakening—integrating tarot, tantra, and meditation into her guidance.

Her journey naturally led her to ceremonial cacao, first as a personal practice and later as a shared medicine. She has since co-created and facilitated many beautiful ceremonies with the Almarte Tribe, bringing warmth, presence, and devotion into each circle.

At Almarte, Agustina contributes to community facilitation, cacao ceremonies, and communication strategy, helping shape both the emotional atmosphere of our gatherings and the way Almarte communicates its vision to the world. Her intuitive leadership, creative sensitivity, and devotion-infused wisdom make her an essential part of the tribe.

Misha is a community-builder, creative entrepreneur, artist, and co-creator of Almarte. Originally from Poland, he has spent the past 10 years traveling across Europe, Asia and Latin America, building genuine relationships with facilitators, retreat organizers, artists, and conscious communities. His focus is on creating meaningful connections—between people, projects, and places—with ceremonial cacao often at the center.

With a background in fire performance, tattooing, music, and art, Misha brings a creative and hands-on approach to everything he does. His journey with cacao started as a personal passion and naturally evolved into a way of bringing people together, sharing presence, and supporting projects with real purpose.

At Almarte, he’s responsible for partnerships, outreach, and supporting others who want to work with cacao. He believes that cacao is more than a product—it’s a tool for building relationships, regenerating land, and creating a culture of trust, joy, and collaboration.

Misha works from the heart, learns as he goes, and is always looking for honest, aligned ways to grow the Almarte vision with others.

Zack is a technology architect, systems thinker, and digital strategist from the United States, now based in the Dominican Republic. With a background in IT infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation, he brings a clear and grounded approach to building resilient systems that support community-led projects.

Over the past decade, Zack has worked with startups, NGOs, and creative teams, helping them streamline operations, improve digital communication, and build tools that empower collaboration. His strength lies in translating complex technical needs into simple, practical solutions that make everyday work more fluid and connected.

At Almarte, Zack contributes to the IT infrastructure, digital ecosystem, and operational systems, ensuring that our vision is supported by reliable technology—from communication platforms and data flows to booking systems and community coordination. Living close to the land while working in the digital realm, he bridges nature-based community building with modern tools and structure.

With his calm presence, technical precision, and commitment to service, Zack plays a key role in helping Almarte grow with clarity, organization, and long-term sustainability.

Sławomir  is a legal advisor, financial governance expert, and multidimensional thinker from Poland. Before joining Almarte, he ran his own law firm in Sopot —  — where he provided comprehensive legal services in labor law, corporate structures, litigation, and regulatory matters. Over the years, he represented major clients, including some of Poland’s largest insurance companies, building a reputation for clarity, precision, and reliable advocacy.

At Almarte, Sławomir supports the foundation with legal architecture, international compliance, financial systems, and strategic oversight, ensuring that our work across multiple countries is grounded in transparency, structure, and long-term stability. His ability to transform complex regulations into clear, actionable guidance makes him an essential pillar of Almarte’s global development.
